As concerns over Coronavirus (COVID-19) continue to increase in the communities served by Fountaintown Gas Co., Inc., we have chosen to temporarily close our lobby and temporarily postpone service disconnections in an effort to protect the health and welfare of our customers and staff.
This suspension of disconnections will be reevaluated on a daily basis, with any pending revisions dependent upon conditions surrounding COVID-19 at that time. While we may have not disconnected your account for non-payment today, charges and late fees will continue to be assessed to the customer accounts.
Please remember you remain responsible for all the natural gas used and we encourage you to make payments towards your account immediately.
If there are questions or concerns regarding your account, please contact the office at (765)763-6393 during normal business hours. To establish new service, please call the office to set an appointment. Please do not come to the office, the lobby may be closed, but the office will be staffed in order to answer your call.

All payments must be received by end of business day on the 17th to avoid disconnection if paying past due and to avoid penalties if paying current bill
